A VISION IN GREEN

Environmental aspects are systematically identified and evaluated. This concerns the directly influenced (direct) aspects as well as the indirectly influenced (indirect) aspects. Thus it becomes clear which environmental aspects are relevant in their consequences. Measures for the relevant environmental aims are planned in accordance with our business policy.

 

 

For some years now the MKN GreenTeam, comprising specialists from home and abroad, have been looking at problems connected with environmental protection and sustainability. This project has been given official recognition through certification according to ISO 14001, issued by TÜV SÜD. It’s a total commitment to the environment, which is reflected in the way MKN incorporates water and energy saving measures into both the production process and the kitchenware itself. At every stage, from initial design to the final product, MKN has implemented a system that ensures optimal protection of the environment and the efficient use of natural resources. It’s a vision in green – from start to finish.
